  4. Welcome to the BulletMaster BBS bulletin formatting program. This
  5. program is designed to take a standard ASCII text file and create ANSI
  6. color, ANSI mono and ASCII bulletin screen files in one easy step.
  7.  
  8. All you do is create the message that you want in the bulletin
  9. (including any graphics) with your favorite ASCII text editor, run
  10. BulletMaster and they are created.  One ANSI color, one ANSI mono and
  11. one ASCII with boarders, time and date created, your BBS name centered
  12. at the top and your name and BBS as a signature line at the bottom.  It
  13. will also place page pauses at the end if you wish.
